All three encoded incipits match Küffner's Quartetto IV: the Allegro in the print RISM 1001383642, the Andante and Presto as incipits 1.4.2 and 1.4.3 of the six-quartet manuscript RISM 1001074840. The historical titles differ (quartet, symphony) but the music is the same.
