The anonymous record says the title names C. P. E. Bach but his authorship is not established (Enßlin). Its opening matches the E-flat concerto Wq 35 (HelB 446, RISM 703000219) a semitone lower, which supports Bach but as a transposed version the relationship still needs checking.
